On Thursday, December 18, Information Technology (IT) will perform a planned network update starting at 6:00 p.m. and ending before 8:00 p.m.
Impacted Services: The entire GGC internal network will be down during this update, including GGC desk phones, printers, wireless, and computers. • VPN access to GGC will not be available. • Public Safety will remain available via their main number: 678.407.5333.
Non-Impacted Services: The following services will be available from off-campus locations only: • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint), GGC public websites, and MyCourses. • Grizzly Den (Banner), OneUSG Connect and GeorgiaFirst self-service will be available; services that require VPN will not be available.
