Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Internet Maintenance Mar 24, 2026 22:00-22:30 EDT

Information Technology will perform a planned network update. This work will briefly interrupt on-campus internet access, including access in the residence halls, between 10-10:30 p.m.

Impacted services:

> On-campus internet access will be unavailable.
> VPN access will be unavailable.
> Public Safety will remain available at 678.407.5333.
> After maintenance is complete, you may need to sign back in to some applications and services.

Services available from off campus:

During the maintenance window, the following services will remain available only from off-campus locations:
> Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
> GGC public websites, and MyCourses.
> Grizzly Den (Banner), OneUSG Connect, and GeorgiaFIRST self-service.
> Services that require VPN will be unavailable.

Real-time updates will be posted on the GGC status page. Thank you for your understanding as we complete essential updates to our network infrastructure.

Scheduled - GGC's Banner host will perform Windows Operating System (OS) maintenance tonight, beginning at 11:00 PM.

Upgrade Window:
Starts: Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:00 p.m.
Ends: Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.

During this time, Banner, Axiom, Banner Document Manager (BDM), and CampusLogic will be unavailable. We recommend planning accordingly and appreciate your patience as these important updates are completed.
