Identified

The cause of outage has been indentified and the teams are working to resolve the issues. The infrastructure team will be performing reboots of affected systems to clear any lingering issues. Services are recoverying as we continue to reboot systems.

This incident affected: Network (Wired, Wireless (GGC Wifi, GGC Guest, & eduroam), VPN, PeachNet), Communication & Collaboration Tools (Claw Mail, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint), Telephone Systems (Office & Desk Phones), and Productivity Tools (Printing & Scanning, File Sharing).
