Information Technology (IT) and University System of Georgia (USG) Information Technology Services (ITS) will update Grizzly Den (Banner) to use a new identity and access management system on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This change will impact the Faculty, Advisor, and Student areas within Grizzly Den (Banner) at different times between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

What can you expect?
You may be unable to access specific areas of Grizzly Den (Banner), such as the Faculty area, Advisor area, or Student area, for approximately 10 minutes as changes are made.

At the completion of the change, if you attempt to access Grizzly Den (Banner) using the Firefox browser and experience issues, you may need to update Firefox settings.
