Please be advised that the NextGen Dynamic Forms Application, which is utilized for various forms, is currently down. This application supports multiple forms, including but not limited to:
Students: Reinstatement, Hardship, Financial Aid, and Change of Major
Faculty/Staff: Banner Access Requests
This is a global/nation-wide outage. The Student Information Systems team has opened a case with the vendor and is actively monitoring the issue.
